Report Abstract:
This report focuses on two innovative deformation technologies based on spline-controlled structures: first, an extended Cauchy barycentric coordinate based on B-spline is proposed, which breaks through the limitation of polygonal domains and realizes deformation between curve cages. Second, B-spline surface patches are used to construct surface cages, combined with the normal definition of control vertices, to achieve smooth deformation with high curvature while maintaining shape features. Through spline parameterization control, these two technologies significantly improve deformation flexibility and provide more powerful tools for animation technology and digital content creation.
