On May 18, the school carried out the voluntary service activity of "Computer Clinic" at the sunken square of the No.1 Canteen. Focusing on the common computer usage problems of teachers and students, the activity solved computer problems for everyone through the professional and thoughtful services of postgraduate seniors and sisters and volunteers of junior and senior grades of our school.
Before the activity, the volunteers had a clear division of labor and acted quickly to carry tables and chairs and arrange the venue. At the activity site, a steady stream of teachers and students came to consult and seek help. The consultants expressed the computer problems they encountered through simple oral narration and obtained practical solutions and suggestions. The volunteers solved the problem of slow computer operation caused by insufficient C drive space by cleaning up system junk and uninstalling redundant programs. They also helped users retrieve passwords safely and quickly through professional technical means to avoid data loss. They also helped the teachers and students who came to consult configure the development environment to meet user needs. To thank the teachers and students for their support for the activity, the consultants could receive building block souvenirs after consulting the problems. This small gift is not only a thank you to the teachers and students, but also carries the good wish of the volunteers to convey warmth and care through the activity.
In this computer clinic activity, the volunteers of the Pioneer Volunteer Center turned their professional knowledge into serving the campus. In the future, the center will continue to carry out a variety of voluntary service activities to contribute to creating a harmonious and warm campus environment.
