Notice on Holding the Dean's Reception Day of the School of Computer Science and Information Engineering (School of Artificial Intelligence)

Dear All Students,

In order to further strengthen communication and connection between the school and students, and promptly understand and address issues encountered by students in their studies, daily lives, and research, the school has decided to hold a Dean's Reception Day event. The relevant details are hereby notified as follows:

Event Time: 2:30 PM, November 27, 2024 (Wednesday)

Event Location: Conference Room 1106, Building A, Feicui Science and Education Tower, Feicui Lake Campus (for graduate students)

Conference Room 1104, Building A, Feicui Science and Education Tower, Feicui Lake Campus (for undergraduate students)

Participants: 1-2 student representatives recommended from each graduate class, and 5 student representatives recommended from each undergraduate grade.

Event Content:

a. Student representatives will give on-site speeches regarding opinions, suggestions, or issues from their classmates in terms of studies, research, and daily life.

b. School leaders will provide answers and guidance to the questions raised.

c. Interactive exchange session.

Notes:

a. Please carefully select representatives from each grade and class to ensure they can comprehensively and accurately reflect the opinions and needs of their classmates.

b. Students participating in the event are requested to collect and consolidate opinions from their grade and class in advance and prepare for their speeches.

c. If unable to attend due to reasons, please inform your counsellor in advance so that corresponding adjustments can be made.

The school attaches great importance to this event and hopes to hear the most authentic voices of the students through the platform of the Dean's Reception Day, jointly promoting continuous improvement and development of the school's various work. We look forward to the active participation of students. Let's work together to create a better learning and research environment.
