The 16th Anhui Provincial Hundred Universities and Million School Students Science Popularization Innovation and Creativity Competition (hereinafter referred to as the "Double Hundred" Competition) has been launched. To select excellent projects to participate in the provincial competition, after research, our school decides to hold the 16th Science Popularization Innovation and Creativity Competition and the In-school Selection Competition for the Anhui Provincial "Double Hundred" Competition. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

1. Guiding Ideology

To guide the majority of young students to carry forward the scientific spirit and the spirit of scientists, participate in scientific communication, promote the development of new productive forces, enhance the ability of innovation and entrepreneurship, and make new and greater contributions to striving to compose a new chapter of Chinese path to modernization in Anhui Province.

3. Participants

Full-time school students and postgraduates in school of our school. Students can participate in the competition individually or in teams. The number of members in a student team shall not exceed 6.

4. Work Classification and Submission Format

Participating works mainly include three categories: science popularization works, digital science popularization works and science popularization performances.

5. Competition Schedule

（1）May to early June 2025, Work Declaration. Each participating individual or team (the number of team members is limited to 2-6) shall declare the project at the unit where the first applicant of the team is located. The school will conduct the preliminary selection of the projects to be recommended for the university competition and optimize them.

（2）Early July 2025, University Competition Evaluation. The university will organize experts to evaluate the works recommended by each unit and determine the list of award winners of the university competition.

（3）July to September 2025, Provincial Competition. According to the results of the university competition, some excellent works will be selected to participate in the provincial competition.

6. Award Evaluation and Rewards

A number of special prizes, first prizes, second prizes and third prizes will be set up in this competition, and excellent works will be selected to participate in the university and provincial competitions.

The organizing unit of the provincial competition will reward the members of the winning teams for the works that win the special prize, first prize, second prize and third prize in the provincial competition.

7. Relevant Requirements

（1）Registration Time: From now until June 20, 2025

（2）Registration Method: Join the QQ group with the information of Student ID-Name-Major (real-name authentication required): 894100166.

8. Work Submission

（1）All units shall send the work application form (Appendix 2), the required work materials in accordance with the specified requirements (see Appendix 1 for details) and the summary form (Appendix 3) to jsjkjcxzx2024@163.com before June 20, 2025, with the file name as "Student ID-Name-Work for the 'Double Hundred' Competition".

（2）All participating teams are required to complete registration and upload works on the official competition website (http://117.68.9.192:8030/portal/sbIndex.html) at the same time, otherwise the participation will be invalid.

Participating teams are required to submit the required materials on time. Please pay attention to the notice in the group for the success of registration.
