On July 23, an exchange forum was held between our school and the Central Research Institute of Sungrow Power Supply in Conference Room A1106 of the Science and Education Building. Xu Jun, Dean of the Central Research Institute of Sungrow Power Supply, Li Wei, Chief AI Technical Expert and Department Director, and 5 other team members visited. Hong Richang, Assistant to the President and Dean of the school, Wu Gongqing, Vice Dean, Qi Meibin, Director of the Department of Information and Communication Engineering, Jia Wei, Director of the Department of Intelligent Science and Technology, Wei Xing, Director of the Innovation and Practice Center, and other relevant teachers of the school attended the meeting. He pointed out that Sungrow Power Supply is an outstanding enterprise founded by alumni of Hefei University of Technology, and has a natural close connection with Hefei University of Technology. In the era of artificial intelligence, it is hoped that the School of Computer Science and Information Engineering can strengthen cooperation with the Central Research Institute of Sungrow Power Supply in artificial intelligence and other aspects. Then, Hong Richang gave a detailed introduction to the overall situation of the School of Computer Science and Information Engineering. He pointed out that Sungrow Power Supply Co., Ltd. is a national key high-tech enterprise focusing on the R&D, production, sales and service of new energy power supply equipment such as solar energy, wind energy, energy storage and electric vehicles. Its main products include photovoltaic inverters, wind energy converters, energy storage systems, etc., and it is committed to providing customers with a full life cycle solution for clean energy. In recent years, Sungrow Power Supply has attached great importance to intelligent work and hopes to establish a close cooperative relationship with the School of Computer Science and Information Engineering. Xu Jun gave a detailed introduction to the overall situation of Sungrow Power Supply and its Central Research Institute. Then, Vice Dean Wu Gongqing introduced the scientific research situation of the School of Computer Science and Information Engineering, Director Jia Wei introduced the scientific research situation of the Department of Intelligent Science and Technology in artificial intelligence, and Director Li Wei introduced the technical needs of the Central Research Institute of Sungrow Power Supply in artificial intelligence. The two sides conducted in-depth discussions on specific technical cooperation.

The school and the Central Research Institute of Sungrow Power Supply both expressed their intention to jointly carry out scientific research, solve the pain points of enterprises, and cooperate to cultivate high-level scientific research achievements.
