To all students:

To deepen the integration of industry and education and encourage the students of our school to devote themselves to scientific research and strive for excellence, the evaluation work of the 2025 Xinqiji Microelectronics Scholarship is hereby notified in accordance with the Measures for the Selection of Xinqiji Microelectronics Scholarship of the School of Computer Science and Information Engineering:

I. Selection Objects

Postgraduates of Grade 2023 and Grade 2024 in school of the School of Computer Science and Information Engineering

II. Selection Criteria and Requirements

1. Love the motherland, abide by laws and regulations, have good conduct, and be in good physical and mental health.

2. Have a correct learning attitude, study hard, obtain excellent course results with no failed records, and rank among the top 30% of the major in the academic comprehensive performance.

3. Must meet one of the following conditions:

(1) Publish one or more research papers in core journals of the major (as the first author or the second author with the supervisor as the first author);

(2) Obtain important municipal or above scientific and technological achievements (must be recognized by the relevant departments);

(3) Win provincial or above awards in the competition projects included in the National School Students' Competition Ranking of General Schools and Universities;

(4) Have served as a student cadre for more than one year, or be a university Top 10 School Student or Person of the Year, or the person in charge of a provincial or above advanced individual or advanced team winner.

Postgraduates who have won the National Scholarship or other similar social donation scholarships and grants shall not apply for this scholarship repeatedly.

III. Number of Selections and Award Standard

6 students will be selected, with a reward of 5,000 yuan per person.

IV. Selection Process

1. Students shall submit personal applications, fill in the Application and Approval Form for Social Donation Scholarships and Grants of Hefei University of Technology (Annex 1), the School Application Summary Form for Social Donation Scholarships and Grants of Hefei University of Technology (Annex 2), and a written personal deed material, and submit them to Teacher Huang at Room A1101, Emerald Science and Education Building before December 11, 2025.

2. The school will set up a scholarship evaluation committee to evaluate the candidates, determine the list of awardees and make it public for 3 days.

3. Issue award certificates and bonuses, and push the personal deeds on the relevant media platforms of the school.
